Sound + Yoga Experiences
I will never forget my very first sound bath. It was 2017 at a yoga studio in California. I signed up for a yin yoga and sound bath class not knowing at the time what a sound bath really was. I was going through a lot of change and transition at the time as I was integrating ALOT from a very fast paced spiritual awakening that began in 2016.
And that sound bath changed me. It opened another inner connection pathway for me. I experienced a profound connection where no words describe except I felt purely at home within. I went somewhere deep for who knows how long, could have been one hour could have been one minute. Divine messages came through during that session and my body system was calm and I felt so incredibly light. I went home wondering what just happened. I wanted more.
Frequencies turned into one of the most supportive tools on my journey. The power of sound is simply is a remembrance of our TRUE NATURE. The frequencies that are emitted from the instruments and myself playing together in a syncing loving orchestration is such a joy and divine honor to share with others.

Various instruments including crystal singing bowls, crystal-infused alchemy bowls, gongs, chimes… channeled messages and light language are all incorporated in the experience sending waves of vibration throughout the body often allowing one to enter into a meditative state and to access higher states of consciousness.

Restorative Yoga is the practice of allowing the body and mind to slow down, rest and renew. Through the use and support of various props such as yoga blocks, blankets, and bolsters the body system is able to calm and relax. It is the ultimate practice of “being” and not doing.
